If you didn't have the volume, the big mail houses didn't want to know. Short-run campaigns, smaller databases, tighter budgets — none of it fit their model. And when production did get outsourced, it fell apart. Late deliveries. Data errors. Finger-pointing between suppliers.
In 2001, Direct Mail Solutions launched from a small unit in Auckland with a simple idea: every campaign deserves the same care, whether it's 500, 5,000 or 50,000 pieces. Handle the entire production chain under one roof, and get it right.
Two decades on, the business has grown into Direct Print and Mail Solutions — now under second-generation leadership and with print capability that's expanded well beyond where we started. The mission hasn't changed: own the process, deliver the result.

For specialty work like offset, large-format signage or fabric printing, we work with trusted production partners we've used for years. We manage those jobs end to end so you still deal with one team.
