We ship to all New Zealand addresses via courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address.
Delivery times are in addition to production turnaround time. Total time from order to delivery depends on the turnaround option selected at checkout.
Turnaround times begin from artwork approval and are subject to availability. Speedy and express options incur additional charges, shown at checkout.
Auckland customers can collect orders from our New Lynn facility at no shipping charge. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier's website.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bedirect.co.nz or 09 308 1510. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
