By placing an order with Direct Print & Mail Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork supplied is correct, complete, and print-ready. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork. Colour on screen may differ from the final printed product due to differences between screen and print colour reproduction.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin from the time artwork is approved. We will make every effort to meet quoted delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. A tolerance of +/- 10% on quantity is standard in the printing industry.
Payment is required at the time of ordering unless a credit account has been arranged. Late payment on account terms may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible and full payment is required. Refunds for defective work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content supplied for printing. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement in customer-supplied artwork.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
