The Business

We need the exact legal entity the account will be in, not just the trading name. This is what goes on your invoices and what we credit check.

Directors and Owners

A credit check runs against the people behind the business, so we need at least one name and a home address. Add a row for each director or owner.

Trade references are optional, but they are what we credit check against. Applications without them take longer, and we may not be able to approve an account at all.

Your Print Needs

Terms of Trade & Payment

By applying for a trade account you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All accounts are to be paid by the 20th of the month following the date of supply.
  • Default interest of 6% per annum above the ASB Bank base rate is payable on overdue accounts from the due date, along with our costs of recovery.
  • The Terms of Trade are a security agreement under the Personal Property Securities Act 1999, and we may register a financing statement against the applicant.
  • You have read and agree to our Terms of Trade.

Typing your name here is your electronic signature under section 226 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. When you submit, we record the version of the Terms of Trade you accepted, the date and time, and your IP address, and we email you a copy of this application with the full terms attached.
