Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our Print Store, select a product, configure your options, and add it to your cart. You'll see an instant price as you configure. Proceed to checkout when you're ready.

Can I get a custom quote?

Absolutely. For complex, high-volume, or non-standard jobs, give us a call on 09 308 1510 or email sales@bedirect.co.nz. We'll get back to you within a business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via secure online payment, and bank transfer for account customers.

Artwork & Files

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer print-ready PDF files. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPEG/TIFF files. All files should be set to CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed.

Can you design artwork for me?

We don't offer in-house design services, but we can recommend trusted graphic designers. Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

Production & Shipping

How long does printing take?

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Speedy (3-4 days) and express (1-2 days) options are available on most products at checkout.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all New Zealand addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Auckland orders can be collected from our New Lynn facility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Direct Mail

What is direct mail?

Direct mail is physical mail sent to a targeted list of recipients. We handle the entire process: data processing, printing, folding, inserting into envelopes, and lodging with NZ Post.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take data security seriously and follow strict protocols for handling personal information. We've been trusted with sensitive data by councils, insurers, and charities for over two decades.
