When you place an order, we commit to a completion date — and we put our money behind it. If your job isn’t finished and dispatched by the date shown at checkout, you don’t pay. No forms, no fine print, no arguments.

We can make that promise because we print everything in-house in Auckland on our own equipment. We know exactly what our presses can do and we schedule accordingly.

How it works

  1. Choose your turnaround at checkout — Rush, Express or Standard.
  2. The completion date is shown clearly before you confirm your order. That’s the date we’re committed to.
  3. Your turnaround starts from the point we have your approved, print-ready artwork.

If your files aren’t print-ready, we’ll let you know immediately and tell you exactly what it means for your deadline — so you can decide whether to fix the artwork, adjust your turnaround tier, or both. The clock doesn’t start until we have files we can print.

When your job is “done”

Your completion date is when your job is finished, quality checked and handed to the courier. We always choose the right shipping option for your deadline and send you tracking the moment it leaves — but once it’s with the courier, transit times are in their hands, not ours.

If we miss your date

Email us at sales@bedirect.co.nz with your order number. We’ll verify the committed date against our records, confirm the delay was on our end, and process a full refund within one business day.

What you should know

There are a few situations where the guarantee doesn’t apply — not to protect us, but because they’re outside our control:

  • Economy turnaround — Economy jobs are scheduled around production capacity and don’t carry a fixed completion date. If you need a guaranteed date, choose Standard or above.
  • Courier transit — We guarantee dispatch on time, not delivery. Once the courier has your job, transit is their responsibility.
  • Artwork delays — The guarantee runs from the point we have approved, print-ready files. If we’re waiting on revised artwork, the clock is paused.
  • Customer-requested holds — If you ask us to pause production, the original date no longer applies. We’ll agree a new date with you.

We’ve been printing in Auckland since 2001 and we’ve never needed a guarantee to get jobs out on time. Now it’s a promise you can hold us to.
