The base is the part that matters here - four flaps fold in sequence and lock flat under the weight of the product, so it won't sag or pop open the way a taped base can. Boxes ship flat and set up in seconds, which suits pack-down lines and small-batch fulfilment where someone's building boxes by hand. We print on 250gsm or 300gsm single sided coated board, add matt, gloss or anti-scuff matt laminate if you want it, and die-cut everything digitally in-house at our digital printing facility in Auckland - no origination die required, so short runs stay affordable.
