A printed sleeve does the same job for a fraction of the outlay. Buy plain boxes in bulk, slide on a printed sleeve, and you've got branded packaging you can order in short runs and change whenever you want.

Your template, done for you. Enter your box size and we generate a crease and cut template built to those exact dimensions. Hand it to your designer and they design straight onto it, so the artwork lines up first time.
Designing it yourself? The template drops into Illustrator or your tool of choice as layered artwork, folds and cut lines on separate layers, ready to design against.
Custom boxes lock you in. You commit to one design, one flavour, one season, thousands of units at a time. Change anything and you're reordering the lot.
A sleeve splits the box from the branding. The box stays plain and cheap. The sleeve carries your look. So you can run a Christmas sleeve, a new-flavour sleeve or a limited edition without touching your box stock. Order 50 or 500. When the design changes, only the sleeve changes.
It's the same trick the big brands use to look boutique without the boutique price.

Sleeves fit boxes up to 320mm tall and wrap around most small to mid-size cartons and mailers. If you're already buying plain mailer or gift boxes, we'll size the sleeve to slide straight onto what you've got.

Odd box shape, a belly band instead of a full sleeve, foil, a custom size beyond our standard range - just ask. We do the tricky stuff every day and there's a good chance we can make it work.
