Each DLE envelope holds up to 5 A4 sheets, printed single or double-sided for up to 10 printed pages per mail piece.
Choose from 100gsm uncoated for standard communications, 120gsm uncoated for a substantial feel, or 150gsm satin for a more formal presentation.
The delivery address is printed directly onto your letter during personalisation. When folded, it lines up with the window envelope so the address shows through clearly.
Add a DL postcard or A4 brochure folded to DL size for promotional offers, additional information or supporting materials.
Standard mono printing includes your return address and our NZ Post permit number. Upgrade to colour printing to include your logo or marketing message.
We supply a merged PDF proof so you can check layout and personalisation before production begins.
We process and clean your mailing data, print your letters, fold and insert them, then lodge with NZ Post for delivery. Standard turnaround is 3-4 working days from approved data and artwork, depending on data quality. NZ Post delivery timeframes depend on destination and mail class. Courier delivery includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
We can work with most common formats including Excel, CSV, or database exports. Your data should include recipient names, full postal addresses, and any personalisation fields you want to merge into your letters. We'll process and clean your data to ensure it meets NZ Post requirements.
Postage costs depend on your final mail piece weight and where it's being delivered across New Zealand. We provide postage estimates during quoting, but final costs are confirmed once we've processed your data and weighed your completed mail pieces.
