Custom printed boxes look great. The minimums don't. Most brands get quoted thousands of units and a month of offshore lead time just to put their name on a box.
A printed sleeve does the same job for a fraction of the outlay. Buy plain boxes in bulk, slide on a printed sleeve, and you've got branded packaging you can order in short runs and change whenever you want.

Your template, done for you. Enter your box size and we generate a crease and cut template built to those exact dimensions. Hand it to your designer and they design straight onto it, so the artwork lines up first time.
Designing it yourself? The template drops into Illustrator or your tool of choice as layered artwork, folds and cut lines on separate layers, ready to design against.
Why a sleeve
Custom boxes lock you in. You commit to one design, one flavour, one season, thousands of units at a time. Change anything and you're reordering the lot.
A sleeve splits the box from the branding. The box stays plain and cheap. The sleeve carries your look. So you can run a Christmas sleeve, a new-flavour sleeve or a limited edition without touching your box stock. Order 50 or 500. When the design changes, only the sleeve changes.
It's the same trick the big brands use to look boutique without the boutique price.

Sizes
Sleeves fit boxes up to 320mm tall and wrap around most small to mid-size cartons and mailers. If you're already buying plain mailer or gift boxes, we'll size the sleeve to slide straight onto what you've got.

Turnaround
We print everything here, so we're not waiting on anyone. Standard sleeves ship fast, and if you're in a hurry we've got quicker turnaround tiers.

Need something we haven't listed
Odd box shape, a belly band instead of a full sleeve, foil, a custom size beyond our standard range - just ask. We do the tricky stuff every day and there's a good chance we can make it work.

- Satin
- Our standard coated stock. Smooth with a light sheen for the sharpest print and most even solid colours. Not writable Good for Brochures, flyers, photography, solid colour, and any metallic or specialty toner work. Not for Forms, reply cards, anything filled in by hand.
- Colorplan Natural
- Premium natural-white stock with a beautifully smooth, tactile feel. Writable Good for Business cards, invitations, tags, covers and premium packaging. Not for Bright-white designs or jobs needing maximum colour vibrancy.
- Uncoated
- A smooth, natural-feel stock with no coating. Still prints bright, but with a more tactile finish and slightly less even solid colours. Writable Good for Letterheads, compliment slips, forms, invoices, anything written on. Not for Photographic work, heavy solid colour, and metallic or specialty toners.
