Eight folded sheets gives you room for a proper contents page, multiple sections, imagery that isn't cramped, and still lands well within saddle-stitch limits. It's the format most annual reports, member magazines and detailed product catalogues end up at - enough content to be taken seriously, light enough to post or hand out without a second thought. At 32pp the paper choice matters more than at lower page counts - 150gsm or 170gsm satin adds noticeable weight and feel.

Saddle-stitched books must be in multiples of 4: one folded sheet prints 4 pages. A 20-page book is 5 folded sheets.

- Our standard coated stock. Smooth with a light sheen for the sharpest print and most even solid colours. Not writable Good for Brochures, flyers, photography, solid colour, and any metallic or specialty toner work. Not for Forms, reply cards, anything filled in by hand.

- A smooth, natural-feel stock with no coating. Still prints bright, but with a more tactile finish and slightly less even solid colours.
