How to supply your artwork
Supply a print-ready PDF with your cut line as a vector stroke. That's non-negotiable - raster cut lines can't be used.
Best case (makes our life easy, and yours):
PDF with bleed and crop marks
Cut line on its own layer, named something obvious like "Cut" or "Dieline"
Cut line set to a spot colour called "Cut"
Cut line set to overprint so it doesn't knock out your artwork underneath
Artwork extends 3mm past the cut line for bleed
Minimum we can work with:
Vector stroke cut line, clearly identifiable as the cut
Artwork with bleed past the cut line

- Our standard coated stock. Smooth with a light sheen for the sharpest print and most even solid colours. Not writable Good for Brochures, flyers, photography, solid colour, and any metallic or specialty toner work. Not for Forms, reply cards, anything filled in by hand.
- Uncoated
- A smooth, natural-feel stock with no coating. Still prints bright, but with a more tactile finish and slightly less even solid colours. Writable Good for Letterheads, compliment slips, forms, invoices, anything written on. Not for Photographic work, heavy solid colour, and metallic or specialty toners.
Your job is guaranteed to leave us by the date shown above. If we miss it, you pay nothing. Courier transit sits on top and isn't covered.
