Custom printed conference and event name badges are ideal for conferences, expos, seminars, open days, workshops and corporate events. Printed on sturdy card stock, they are designed to hang neatly from a lanyard without feeling bulky or flimsy.
Each badge can be individually personalised using variable data printing, making it easy to include attendee names, companies, job titles, roles, unique QR codes or other event information.

Sizes and finishing
Choose from A6 or custom sizes, including our popular 110 x 75mm format. Badges are printed on thick card stock to help them stay flat and present well when worn.
For events running over several days, optional gloss or matt lamination adds extra durability and helps protect the print from handling and moisture.
A centre-top hole is included as standard, ready for attachment to a lanyard, clip or similar fitting.

Your spreadsheet can include separate columns for names, companies, roles, QR code data and any other variable fields required including dynamic images.

- Our standard coated stock. Smooth with a light sheen for the sharpest print and most even solid colours. Not writable Good for Brochures, flyers, photography, solid colour, and any metallic or specialty toner work. Not for Forms, reply cards, anything filled in by hand.
- High bulk
- Thicker in the hand than its weight suggests. Not writable Good for Anything that wants to feel substantial without paying for a heavier board. Not for Tight packing or postage where the extra thickness costs you.
- Synthetic
- A plastic sheet rather than paper. Waterproof and hard to tear. Not writable Good for Menus, plant tags, machine labels, anything outdoors or handled wet. Not for Ordinary short-run print, where it is more than you need to pay.
