Thick saddle stitched A4 booklet printing handles page counts above 40 pages where you need more content than a standard stapled booklet allows. This format works at the upper limit of saddle stitching and suits detailed catalogues, comprehensive manuals and extended programme guides that are not quite heavy enough to require perfect binding.

Available from 44 to 64 pages including cover, printed full colour on a range of coated and uncoated stocks. At this page count, saddle stitched booklets will not sit perfectly flat on the spine, which is normal for the binding method. If a flat spine is important, consider our perfect bound option instead. Printed and stapled in-house in Auckland with short-run flexibility.
