When instructions need to sit next to a machine, in a vehicle glovebox or on a boat deck for months without falling apart, standard paper doesn't hold up. Synthetic stock is waterproof, so it shrugs off rain, spray, grease and constant handling without lamination. We print these in-house using digital printing on 365gsm or 495gsm synthetic stock. Pick the weight based on how much abuse the card has to survive.
We can add a top-left hole punch if you want to bind a set into a field manual, and we'll supply and attach metal rings or plastic fasteners. Both are options on the calculator. Corners can be rounded at 3mm or 5mm so they don't poke someone's eye out.
If the procedure is longer than a card can hold, our booklet printing covers the bound version.
Turnaround runs from Rush to Economy. You'll see real delivery dates and the price before you order, printed at our New Lynn facility. If you need a size or a finish that isn't on the calculator, give us a call and we'll sort it.
