We print 89 × 55mm insert cards that slide straight into a standard plastic holder. Blank for handwriting, or with names printed from your list. Printed in New Lynn on our own press, same as everything else we do.
It's the other way to badge a conference. Lanyard cards hang around the neck. These sit in a holder that gets clipped, pinned or handed back at the door and used again next year.

Common questions
Do the cards come already in the holders?
No, they ship in the same box but separately. Sorting cards into holders is quick if you're doing it alphabetically at the registration desk, and most events want to control that themselves. If you need them pre-inserted, ask us and we'll price the labour.
Do I need to order holders?
Only if you don't already have them. Plenty of offices and event organisers have a box sitting in a cupboard and just need fresh cards. If you're starting from scratch, add them on and we'll source them.
Do you make the holders?
We print the cards here in New Lynn. Holders we buy in.
Should I use these or your event badges?
Depends on how you want them worn. Event badges are lanyard cards with a punched hole, A6 or 110 × 75mm, printed and done. These are 89 × 55mm inserts for a reusable holder, which works out cheaper if you run the same event every year and keep the holders.
Can you design the card for me?
Send us a print-ready PDF and we'll print it. Names, titles and companies go in a separate Excel or CSV if we're personalising.
